Www.figalaxy.com and FI Galaxy is owned and operated by FI Galaxy, Corp., a New
Jersey corporation (hereinafter, “FI Galaxy”). Thank you for choosing FI Galaxy (“we,”
“our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FI Galaxy
website, software, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the
Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree
with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
By using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of
entering into a legally binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of a

to these Terms. These Terms are effective as of the Effective Date written above. We

logos, and all aspects of the Service, are the intellectual property of FI Galaxy and are
protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law. Any
unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited, unless specifically
authorized by us in writing.
Some features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees
associated with your use of such features as described on the Service. All fees are non-
refundable unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole
discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your
violation of these Terms. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity under your
account may be grounds for terminating your relationship with us and may be referred
to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination of your
account, your license to use the Service will immediately cease, and we reserve the right
to remove or delete any information you may have on file with us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the
Service, and the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms will be updated. Your
continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of
such changes.

UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE
OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR
INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES,
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
The Service is controlled by FI Galaxy from our offices located in the State of new Jersey.
The Service may be accessible from most jurisdictions around the world. As each
jurisdiction may have laws that differ from those in new jersey or of the US, by using the
Service, you agree that that the statutes of the State of Florida, and US Federal Law, as
applicable, governs the use of the Service and access to the website, without regard to
conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the international Sale of Goods.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought
exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the
jurisdiction of such courts.
